The cost is just $22 per class + $1 per mile one way from Southeast Columbia, SC (near Millcreek Elementary School).

Most schools run a single grade level at a time. If you run a single grade-level event with 1 class participating, it’s $22. Two classes = $44, etc.

If you run more grade level events, it’s the same thing for them. Example: If you run 2 grade level events with 3 classes per grade-level participating, that’s a total of 6 classes at $22 per class.

Some Things to Consider:

• I have held up to 4 grade-levels in a gym in one day (one grade after the other). I’ve also run a single grade-level per day in a cafeteria. (Lunch is the main factor here.) What you can do is up to your schedule and venue.
• While each class is divided into 6 groups (adjustable), the groups from a class are seated away from each other.
• Generally, when run in a gym or large multi-purpose room, students sit on the floor.
• Each situation is different.
• It’s possible to run more than one grade-level at a time – each with their own questions.
• Bottom line: Consider your schedule and space. Remember to leave room for Answer Checkers and a line of students getting answers checked. (A student desk works if necessary.) Generally, Answer Checkers check up to 9 groups each.
